Hills Plaza Bird Control Job

The Hills Plaza office complex needed to keep starlings,
pigeons and gulls off the rooftop and parapet walls. The pest birds
were roosting under the protected underhang all along the rooftop.
A combination of bird control products were used to protect the
different zones

In zone 1, the rooftop, Nation Wide Bird Control installers stretched
bird net across the entire roof expanse.
Once installed, the polyethylene bird
netting was very difficult
to see and the entire rooftop, including the overhangs, was protected
from pest birds.

To protect zone 2, the parapet walls, electrical bird
wire called BirdFence was installed. Several rows of the bird
fence were run along the parapet top to provide an electrical bird barrier
to dissuade birds from perching on the parapets to overlook the walkways
and streets below or use as sun loafing spots. |
